Insert in section 4(1), after paragraph (l):

"(la) a social worker, which for the purposes of this Act means a registered social worker within the meaning of the Social Workers Registration Act 2001:".

"(ka) in the case of a registered social worker, the Social Workers Registration Board established by section 85 of the Social Workers Registration Act 2001:".
